Rumours have been floating around for quite some time that Microsoft was going to lower their prices on the XboX 360. Now it has happened, as the original XboX 360 with 20GB storage has been dropped from $349 to $299 (US). At the same time, Microsoft has added a new product to their XboX 360-lineup - the 60GB edition.
The new 60GB editions is priced as the original 20GB, meaning that you can get one of those babies for $349. The change will be welcomed for those people who wants to download demo's and games, but won't go out and bust on a XboX 360 Elite-console with 120GB storage for the hefty $449 retail price. You can head over to XboX.com for the full pressrelease.
